User’s Needs and Challenges:

The medical clinic is located in a 2-storey podium below two 50-storey residential towers. the idea is to address the modern approach to medical wellness and spa. The intervention takes 2 whole floorplates of a podium constituted of 3000m2 each. The programme consists of Cosmetic, Dental, Spa, and Wellness recovery, these were allocated to the corners of the podium floor plate. centralized lobbies were created as the key distribution point that developed into 4 other nodes at each corner rationalizing a complex programme. The client wanted a combination of styles and themes within the same medical center allowing the customer to have a variety of sensory experiences.
